Seraphim is dedicated to providing care in the home, second to none.
Our dedicated and friendly carers go the Extra mile to provide a service which covers every care need.
We are committed to making a difference to the well being and peace of mind of our service users, many of our service users report a dramatic difference in their personal well being when our carers are looking after them.
Our teams pride themselves on the quality of care they provide whether it is:-
PERSONAL CARE (dressing, bathing, taking medication)
GENERAL/SOCIAL CARE (food preparation, light housework, shopping)
MOBILITY AND TRANSPORT (visits to shops and elsewhere)
Night sitting service (regular or one off) and Day sitting service.
We provide more complex care for those with Dementia or those with Sensory impairment (visual or hearing) and also Palliative care for those who need a high level of care.
We can also offer Respite care and Convalescent care.
Our Carers are given adequate time on service calls to fulfil their tasks in a professional and sensitve way, helping our clients to feel valued and supported and able to retain their sense of independence and dignity. We are able to do this, as we are a Private company not a Franchise, Agency or a large organisation with offices spread across the country, heavily dependant on high profit margins.
Seraphim is registered with the Care Quality Commission, which inspects and regulates Home Care, in all adult social care settings, Public, Private and Voluntary sectors across the country.
Seraphim are members of the UK Home Care Association, the National professional association for organisations who provide social care for people in their own homes.
We work with multi-disciplinery teams such as PCTs, Local Authorities, Social Services, Joint Commissioning Teams, GPs and others. And of course private Individuals.
We focus on providing a reliable, consistent and cost effective service that delivers value for money for commissioning organisations and the private client, underpinned with a high quality of care for the individual.
